Once you have received your acceptance letter, please send it to us along with the information below:  

• Name  
• Date of birth
• Duration: example: January 2024 – December 2026
• Email address
• Mobile number 

In order to offer you a room that best suits your needs, please let me know your preferences:

A large or small room
A room in sun or shade
A room with a high ceiling or more cozy
Stairs or no stairs
In the center or more remote
Whether you are sensitive to noise or not

General information:

• The kitchens are shared with 6-8 other tenants
• The bathrooms are shared with 1-3 other tenants
• The deposit is two months’ rent. Your deposit will pay for your last two months’ rent and will not be refunded.
• Early termination of the agreement can take place twice per year, end February or end September. There is a three-month termination time.
• June and July are rent-free
• New Greenhouse is located in a unique location just outside the city.
• Most tenants cycle to the university.
• You can also walk to the bus in about 8 minutes.
